FAQ’s

How will I learn all that I need to start working?

Agents will gain knowledge related to the clients, call types, programs, and systems used when working from home through provided training courses.  This course is mandatory in order to service and gain access to the programs and systems needed to work from home. Courses are 2 weeks to 2 months in length. Each course is split into 2 Phases (Instructor-led Phase and Call Taking Phase.) During the call-taking phase, agents are earning. Each session is normally 4 hours long with breaks. Sessions will not be held on weekends or Holidays.

Each course is led by a live instructor, however, there are self-directed components that you are required to complete prior to the next day’s class (homework). Everything is virtual. Videos and audio components are built into the online experience; class is recorded daily for you to review as needed. While in class, students are also paid for any time spent when taking live customer service calls.

How does this work exactly?

We have built business relationships, or partnerships, with multiple platform providers to furnish additional support services and work opportunities for contractors. These individuals are located all throughout 43 US states, answering customer service calls for several Fortune 500 companies. Since this is a virtual career opportunity, everything is done through computers, land or VoIP lines, and secured internet access along with the client’s programs and systems. All communications are routed from the client directly to your home office.

Do all positions require the same equipment?

No, equipment needs depend on position. Some positions may require a computer/laptop, headset, internet and ethernet cord. While others may require a computer/laptop, headset, dual monitors, phone, internet and ethernet cord. Equipment needs are located on the “Careers” page and are specific to each job post.

Background Checks and Drug Tests

Individuals are required to submit to and pass, criminal background checks in order to do business together. After enrolling in a class, you will receive emails instructing you on how and when to complete the Background Check. In some cases, a drug screening will be required.

Failure to pass these may hinder your ability to proceed and work from home.

Can I use a cell phone or tablet to take calls?

No; mobile phones, tablets, or iPads are neither compatible nor hard-wired. These devices work off a satellite signal causing it to be vulnerable and an unreliable source of service.

Is WIFI Internet allowed?

No; Wi-Fi works just like cellular and satellite devices. They’re neither secure nor compatible with our systems, software, or programs. You will need to ensure your computer is hard-wired using an Ethernet cable. Once the ethernet cable is plugged into your computer and your internet modem, it is then considered Hard-Wired.

Can I work from any location?

You can work from anywhere inside the United States except the following:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • Oregon
  • Wisconsin
